From Research to Practice: Training Course in Sexual and Reproductive Health Research

Dear Healthcare Professional,
We are pleased to announce that the enrollment for the training course: "From Research to Practice: Training Course in Sexual and Reproductive Health Research" (SRH 2013) was started.
SRH 2013, which is an annual online training course, starts from May to November. Eligible candidates are health professionals, paramedical staff, project planners and managers in health-related areas and social scientists from developing as well as developed countries. The training course covers total 6 modules: 1) the core module on Research methodology; 2) Maternal and perinatal health; 3) Sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS; 4) Family planning; 5) Adolescent sexual and reproductive health and 6) Community genetics. Presenters are mainly from WHO, medical schools or institutions.
Course guide, course files and assignment guide will be published in the training course website and participants are required to study the course materials, submit assignments and final search project. During the course, one coordinator will be assigned to each participant to provide coaching and reviewing assignments. At the end of the course, qualified participants will receive certificates, and the top 10 participants will be selected and being sponsored by the Geneva Republic and Canton of Geneva to attend 1-week intensive workshop in WHO, Geneva.
The training course costs CHF500 and participants can pay through online payment or bank transfer.
